Terms of Service

Last updated: April 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of curbli.ca and any services provided by Curbli (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Curbli provides local business online presence services including website design, Google Business Profile management, and review response handling. Services are described in detail on our Services page.

2. Pricing and payment

Our current pricing is a one-time $397 CAD setup fee, followed by $97 CAD per month for ongoing management. The first month of management is free. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active clients.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly management at any time, with no cancellation fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable after the website has been delivered.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business
  • Grant Curbli access to your Google Business Profile for management purposes
  • Respond to our onboarding questionnaire within 5 business days of signing up
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment of the setup fee, you own the website content we create for you. Curbli retains the right to display your project as a portfolio example unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Results disclaimer

We work hard to improve your online visibility, but we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., a specific Google ranking or number of new customers). Local search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including Google's algorithm. We will always be honest about what we can and cannot achieve.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curbli's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
